As a Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of experience, I have guided hundreds of individuals and couples in their journey towards health, insight, acceptance and growth. Regardless of the kinds of difficulties you have faced, the therapeutic process offers the hope for change. I conduct individual psychotherapy with adults and older teenagers, focusing on personal growth, enriched relationships, and overcoming the barriers which we create for ourselves in life. As a Couples’ Therapist, I strive to improve communication, deepen empathy and understanding, and build greater satisfaction and intimacy. When couples have decided upon divorce, I coach them in communication, planning and co-parenting, so that their divorce can proceed with dignity, respect, and concern for the well-being of everyone in the family.
